How It Works
Before work begins, provide us with a current, written quote from a licensed and insured HVAC contractor in your service location. The quote must cover the same scope of work, including comparable equipment make, model, efficiency rating, and warranty terms. We’ll review it and respond within two (2) business days.
What Doesn’t Qualify
– Quotes from unlicensed or uninsured contractors, or pricing not available to the general public (membership, loyalty, or negotiated rates)
– Differences in equipment brand, model, efficiency rating, or warranty — the scope of work must be an apples-to-apples comparison
– Bundled offers, promotional or closeout pricing, manufacturer rebates, utility incentives, or third-party credits
– Work already completed or in progress, and service calls, diagnostic fees, or maintenance plans
